比赛概况
此次比赛收到了来自亚洲十四个国家，数百篇的投稿，达到2009年创办以来的最高峰。本次比赛以全球教育为主题，这些充满热情和思想的学生，表达了他们对教育及教育受众或新颖或批判或独特的思考。
The background of the competition
This year's competition attracted hundreds of entries from 14 countries across Asia the highest since we began the INYT Writing Competition in 2009.
The overall quality of the submissions was outstanding with the topic "Global Education" attracting a wide range of thoughtful creative and refreshing ideas from students passionate about their education and conscious of the critical role learning plays in their lives and the lives of others.
12A林倩同学的作品“ Sugar rather than coffee”因为独到的见解，全面的分析和扎实的写作功底，入选优秀作品并收录在这份权威期刊里。
The Article “ Sugar rather than Coffee” from Cherry (12A) was selected and consolidated into the booklet together with other 30 articles from Asia.
“网络公开课程”这个新的教育形式是林倩选择的课题，她是这么总结的：
About MOOC (Massive Online Open Courses) she has her own thoughts--
Quite alike a Starbucks coffee shop where various cups of coffee are waiting for customers’ selection education resources provided by institutions throughout the planet including different baccalaureate programs universities academies resemble those coffee. Whereas MOOCs can at most be treated as sugar it customizes our needs adjusting different cups of coffee’s sweetness and supplementing the tastes benefiting more people. But it could never replace those cups of coffee as after all a qualified education system offers an extent of bitter taste — an challenging and difficult academic environment which MOOCs cannot — to have customers clear-headed.

商赛，想说爱你不容易
第十届国际未来商业领袖峰会
The 10th International Future Business Leader Summit
大年初三，当大多数学生和家人沉浸在过年的放松状态时，PreDP的六个小伙伴满怀激动地步入了商业峰会的会场，经历了一场平均睡2个小时，基本没吃饱的战役。本届峰会共设四个分会场，涵盖快消品、智能硬件、奢侈品三大行业。每个行业均有相应的专家进行评审，受邀嘉宾评审来自钻石小鸟、宝洁、腾讯等各行业龙头企业。
赛制采用最前沿的国际教学模式，让学生通过组建模拟公司，体验到最真实商业世界。独一无二的试运营财年包含了产品定位、股市运作、模拟买卖等一系列真实商业运作模式。与此同时，天使投资环节中导师通过模拟公司CEO代表对产品的陈述及计划，考察模拟公司未来全面发展趋势，现场给予CEO不同程度的投资，为学生带来一次创业的思维拓展与强力冲击。
这样逼真的角色扮演，他们有什么独特体会呢？

I am so thankful that my mates are so supportive as electing me to be the CEO. CEO should have the authority to determine every single decision making all the plans. After attending the summit however I think there is not so-called authority but the distribution of your power to other teammates. The glory I won is all because I have the best mates ever. Collaboration skill is so significant during the summit also in our daily lives.
投资部在一个公司的运营中起着重要作用，额外的政府分配资金让我们在除产品的销售外又多了一条新收入的来源，如何合理的使用那部分资金进行投资便是我们投资部的工作。这次商赛中我们采用互投方式，交涉的过程中不但要考虑自己利益的亏损更要关注投资效率，所以事前的精确计算为我们的投资过程起到了重大的帮助。在互投的过程中则需要交涉和谈判的技巧，思考如何适当的让步而获取更大的利益。虽说是竞争，在相互交锋中，我们也逐渐变成了朋友。

怎么样能获得这样的成绩呢？
1、认真研读IBDP开设的经济学和商业学课程。
2.积极参与各种提高语言能力的社团。团队中有资深的模联成员和美式辩论赛辩手，还有英文戏剧社社员。
3. 广泛结交朋友，培养交际能力。团队中四位是学生会成员。

第十二届上海未来工程师大赛
The 12th Shanghai Future Engineers Competition
未来工程师大赛是一项以培养具有科学精神的工程技术创新人才为主旨的大型活动，每年有近万名中小学生参与。本届大赛设置了“桥梁承重”、“F1机器人赛车”、“机器人高尔夫”、“云霄飞车”、“单片机高手”、“3D创意设计”和“创客新空”7个项目。
虽是一个人数最少的社团，却是年年参加比赛。平时低调的他们，谈起科技和创新却是神采飞扬。
Peter吕诤言说：
“This is the first time for most of us except Jack. I feel really fortunate that I could get this prize with the help of other members in our club and our instructor Bao. We had prepared for a long time before the competition but I still feel very nervous on that day. Although there is inequality during the competition which was very depressing for us I believe that our effort is valuable. I hope that this competition could be fairer next time. ”
