小学英语老师：翁婷婷

　　翁婷婷是平湖枫叶国际学校ESL中心的一员，担任小学英语教师的工作。她于2011年毕业于湖州师范学院，毕业后进入诸暨市的天马实验学校，担任了三年的小学英语教师工作。在2011年获全国CCTV英语演讲比赛优秀指导老师的荣誉。并在2012年获得小学一级教师资格证。现在她加入到平湖枫叶国际学校小学英语教师团队。她推崇“快乐教育”，关注怎样激发和培养孩子们的学习兴趣。她的课堂总是充满欢笑。孩子们通过唱，跳，表演和玩游戏等，轻松地学到并掌握了知识。在做中学，在学中做。她爱孩子，也尊重孩子。此外，她坚信正能量教育，就是老师应该确保你的孩子们在你的教育指引下，是充满正能量，积极向上健康成长的，因为这直接关系到孩子们的未来。

　　Rachel is one member of ESL Center in Maple Leaf International School-Elementary in Pinghu City. She graduated from Huzhou Teachers’ College in 2011. After graduation she became an English teacher in Tianma Experimental School in Zhuji City and stayed there for three years. She was honored as good instructors of the CCTV English Speech Contest in 2011. She obtained the First Grade of Primary School Teacher’s Certificate in 2012. And she joined Maple Leaf Elementary-Pinghu in 2016. She believes the principle of “Happy Teaching” and focuses much on how to cultivate and develop kids’ learning interests. Her classes are always full of fun. Kids easily learn the lesson when they are singing dancing acting and playing games. That’s called “learning by doing”. She loves and respects kids. Besides she believes in “Positive Teaching” that is to make sure kids are growing up positively in your guidance which is so important to their future.
