　　Chopsticks are composed of two pieces of sticks with the same shape size and material created with integrity tenacity and honesty. The two chopsticks have no mechanical linkage but they can coordinate well with one another through the operation of fingers which is the materialization of what China considers character.

　　筷子由两根形状、大小和材料相同的小棍组成，代表着正直、坚韧和忠诚。 这两根筷子没有机械连接，但它们可以通过手指的操作相互协调，这也被认为是中国人特征的实体化。

　　Chopsticks are elegant extensions of the fingers. These tapered tongs can lift a grain of rice with delicacy and deposit it gracefully on the tongue. The very experience of using chopsticks puts the diner in an Eastern of mind. Food is selected balanced and savored one piece at a time. Chopsticks convey the food softly adding no llic taste or sharp sensation of their own.

　　“A chopstick can be broken easily; ten pairs of chopsticks hold each other tightly.” People are familiar with this saying. Indeed a chopstick is useless and delicate that it can be broken readily. However ten pairs of chopsticks possess strength which is indestructible under any circumstance. All Chinese people draw on this unity and spirit with which they boast perseverance and power.

　　“一根筷子易折断，十双筷子抱成团”。这是一个中国人很熟悉的说法，确实，一根筷子既脆弱，又无用，而十双筷子就变得坚不可摧。中国人就是凭借这种团结的精神，获得坚韧不拔的力量。

　　Chopsticks are very simple tool and can be seen everywhere and that is its simplicity. According to Chinese philosophical book “Yi Jing” the core essence of a being does not change irrespective of the external change. Same with Chopsticks they can be made out of bamboo wood plastic l silver or even gold however the essence that its two straight sticks working in tandem remains the same. This philosophy applies to every aspect of our life too.

　　筷子是非常简单的工具，随处可见，这就是它的简易性。 根据中国哲学著作《易经》，不论外在如何变化，存在的核心本质都不会改变。 筷子也一样，它们可以由竹子，木头，塑料，金属，银或甚至金制成，但其两根直杆串联工作的本质保持不变。 这种哲学也适用于我们生活的方方面面。

　　To pick up food the two sticks don’t move at the same time one move’s actively while the other one is passive follower. On the other hand if one is up then the other is down one is a leader other is a follower. The confluence of two sticks as a ‘taiji’ could be regarded as an imagination of two modes of Yin and Yang. If Yin and Yang are separate the imagination of ‘taiji’ will not exist. This is the unity of opposites Yin and Yang. Two chopsticks are interchangeable the active is not always active and the one that is down is not always down: this is a variable of Yin and Yang. This is also reflection of ups and downs in our life.
